Dear Neighbors,

Due to recent cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) hitting closer to home, we here at Tru-Line Electric would like to assure all our clients and community members that we are taking this matter seriously.

We are taking the proper precautionary measures to make sure that our technicians and office staff are safe and protected. In light of what is going on, the comfort and safety of our community is our number one priority.

We have set the following rules in place:

  • Any employee of our company that is not feeling well, has a family member that is not feeling well, or has been in contact with someone that is not feeling well will stay home from work.

  • As always, our entire staff will continue to thoroughly wash hands in addition to using hand-sanitizer and bleach wipes to stay clean and germ-free.

  • Our service experts that step into your homes will be equipped with medical-grade disposable gloves, disposable face masks, and hand sanitizing products. Our service experts will also be washing their hands before and after every visit.

  • In order to limit the spread of this virus as much as possible, we hope you are okay with a warm smile and friendly wave instead of our customary, firm, Tru-Line hand shake. We have instructed all our service experts to avoid any contact with others as a precaution for your safety and wellness.

We hope that the precautions we have decided to take put you all a little more at ease. We also urge all of you to do your best to practice good hygiene and to be aware of what your body is telling you. Educate yourselves on the symptoms of this virus, and seek treatment if you feel anything is off. Be safe everyone!
